Faith Evangelical Church is blessed to have many wonderful volunteers that help us to have successful ministries within the congregation, in our communities and in the world  Each year we take the opportunity through our “God’s Work, Our Hands Outstanding Volunteer” Award to recognize one person who has gone above and beyond to help others to grow in their faith and discipleship.

April – Susie Schaid
Susie is recognized for handling communications for WELCA and Facebook for the congregation. She represents FELC in our WELCA Conference and worked hard when we hosted the annual event in 2017. 
March – Lisa Voss
Lisa is recognized for organizing and hosting the chili dinner and the annual Summer Solstice 5K. She also serves on Altar Guild.
February – Gerda Moritz
Gerda is recognized for being generous with her time, talents and resources to help make sure the church is able to follow Christ’s example of caring for others. She has prepared countless meals for children, youth and adults and is always willing to lend a hand where needed.  
January – Brent Tildahl
Brent is recognized for always being willing to lend a hand to care for our building and for helping out wherever needed.  He organizes the FELC volunteers for holiday bell-ringing and the men’s homeless shelter.
December – Gail Nelson
Gail is recognized for her dedication as the head of the Altar Guild, for assisting with preparing weekly CEC meals and for serving as treasurer of WELCA.
November – Rose Haeni
Rose is recognized for her assistance with preparing weekly CEC meals and for providing her time and materials for church projects such as the church clean-up day and WELCA Project Promise kits.
October – Perry Weborg
Perry is recognized for his involvement with the Property committee. He is always willing to help with tasks around the church and is a dedicated member of the lawn mowing crew.
September – Rebecca Roehl
Rebecca is recognized for her leadership with Vacation Bible School, for teaching CEC preschool and kindergarten classes, for leading adult Bible study sessions and for creating and maintaining the Wine and Word book discussion group.
